Requirements Engineering for Social Software Glukhova, Anna Social software web 2.0 requirements engineering collaborative systems communities Social software bears some special characteristics for requirements engineering (RE) like user-centeredness, self-organization and voluntarism. No concrete formalization of the RE process for social software has been established so far. In this position paper, important aspects of social contexts will be considered in order to define requirements, referring to the previously identified four key requirements principles.
