It brought together 25 international experts in estimation-of-distribution algorithms (EDAs) and related research areas. Their research focus ranged from theoretical aspects like mathematical runtime analyses to efficient solutions of real-world problems in industrial contexts. This report documents the program and the main outcomes of this fruitful seminar.
