Description
AlfaPang is a tool for pangenome graph construction that employs an alignment-free and reference-free approach, relying on intrinsic sequence properties. By avoiding the need for traditional reference genomes and the computational challenges associated with sequence alignment, AlfaPang reduces complexity and potential biases.
